Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. 220 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation & Security

- Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time.
- Submission of required identity verification documents may be mandatory.
- Your account is for your use only and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Password & Account Security
- Keeping your login credentials confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 220 immediately.
- 220 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account by a third party.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly to keep your account secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Permitted Use
The 220 platform is for personal entertainment only. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of others is prohibited. No part of the platform may be copied, modified, or distributed.
Prohibited Activities
- Using fraudulent activities, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to breach the platform's technical security measures is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for illegal payments or money laundering is strictly prohibited.
Consequences of Violations
Any violation of the above rules entitles 220 to suspend or permanently close an account without notice, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All transactions on 220 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via mobile banking services available in Bangladesh, such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposit Policy
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes.
- Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Depositing through a third party may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal Policy
- Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for deposits.

Limitation of Liability
The 220 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. Service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, network problems, or unforeseen circumstances. 220 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such events.
Wins and losses are entirely the result of the user's own decisions and risk. 220 bears no liability for financial losses. It is the user's responsibility to verify all information before placing a bet.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Information
All content on the 220 platform — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 220. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
The 220 platform may reference third-party service providers or payment gateways. Their own terms and conditions apply, and 220 is not responsible for their operations.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
220 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:
- Evidence of a Terms violation or suspicious activity.
- Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
- Evidence of involvement in fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity.
- The user has requested to close their own account.
Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned through the standard process — although this may not apply in cases of Terms violations.
